founder — JENNIFER FORSTER
Jennifer is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience across investment, operations, and client engagement, bringing both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to PARA. Over the past decade, she has built teams, advised clients, and managed portfolios in the wealth management industry with Hall Capital Partners and EPIQ Capital Group. At EPIQ, she co-led the transformation of a boutique startup into a $4.5B institutional multi-family office, culminating in its acquisition by IEQ Capital in 2024
Earlier in her career, she held investment roles at Goldman Sachs, Oak Hill Capital Management, and Summit Partners, where she honed her ability to source, evaluate, and partner with founder-led companies — a focus that has remained central to her investment philosophy. She is passionate about promoting transparency and innovation in financial services, paired with a disciplined, long-term approach to investing and a deep commitment to building client-first teams.
Jennifer holds degrees from Middlebury College and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. She lives outside London with her husband Kyle and their three children.
